Blockbuster Run

We just hit the local Blockbuster and as many of you probably know if there isn't a movie on the shelf then you proceed to the front and ask the clerk to see if any of the movie you want has been returned. They take 10 steps to the box under the convenient outside movie slot. Side note, I love to rocket shoot my movie through that and scare the shit out people in the store. Anyways back on subject, the clerk bends down and looks through the mess of returns and 80% of the time pops up and gives the negative nod :(...... I had mentioned to the clerk that she should suggest putting a little bar code reader in the slot so they know immediately that the movie has been returned and it is in the box, she goes along with it and says that she has thought about having "miniature" people in there that can sort them out. I of course take that to the next level and say they could scurry out of the box and put them back on the shelf as well. Now we have moved from "miniature" people to elves in the Christmas spirit. I suggested we could pay them 1/2 minimal scale therefore saving money and time! What a great idea, think I will hit the Blockbuster stockholders next week and see what they think.
