Workout

What exactly does "working out" mean? Until I find out, I will vow to not work out! Ok, I wasn't going to work out anyways. Where does that come from, are you working out fat? sweat? frustration? I would hate to see what I'm "working in" while I sit on my ass and type these silly little postings :(

So, what is it? What does it really mean, anyone?
