Tolerance, oh boy, real tough lately. How would you like to come to work everyday called names, shouted at and witness your friends (some are not friends anymore) stand out on a strike line and not know what they are striking about? Following a leader out there that is just filling them full of BS and walking them to the gauntlet. I can't say anything, just have to just smile and drive on by.
