still annoying me. Not only a law that nobody seems to follow, ok exaggeration, 90%. Now I am noticing about 1/2 of the 10% don't buckle the strap that holds the helmet on the head. What's the point? Do they expect when they are going down they can quickly buckle er up? Or maybe they are hoping as they come crashing down head first on the street their noggin would just magically land within the shell? Please someone tell me a good reason not buckle it up.
If you don't buckle up then you're a knuckle head :)
