I always wondered what to do when I come to a school zone. There are signs that read "20 mph when lights are flashing or children are present"I get the 20 mph but my simple mind gets stumped on "when children are present"? Present where?
A. In school
B. On the sidewalk or street
C. Children are in my car or another car
c (1) In my car but what if my wife is 6 months pregnant, don't worry Julie your not :)
D. In a tree, near the school but you can't see them.
As you know I could go on and on but it still comes down to the question, what does present actually mean and will I get a ticket if I don't abide by the above or all the other situations?
Maybe children can go 35 mph while being present so we don't have to face these tough issues?
