Bluetooth Safer?

As I was driving home today, I was reaching for my bluetooth to call home. While digging in my center console for it I was getting rather close to the right curb as my eyes came off the road. Once I centered and located my ear piece, I then began the task of getting it just right on my ear. Once comfortable I then attempted to use my voice command......"call home".....pause....."CALL HOME", still no success. My voice must have changed overnight or the voice command lady was just being a bitch. Anyways, after my second round of voice command failure, I grabbed my phone, opened it up and search for my home #. I know your thinking, doesn't this guy know his own home #? YES is your answer. I then hit dial and a connection is made.

What I find so ironic about this is the fact that going to a wireless headset is suppose to be safer, well I just wonder about that with my little episode. Not sure if I ran anyone off the road or ticked some dude off behind me because of my bluetooth adventure.

Was that a yield sign I just saw?

I have to say that the day you posted this, I played a game of fumble with my own Bluetooth!I should have been wearing it while driving, like it was intended for! However, I wasn't and I decided to put it in while driving somewhat on the road! Smart huh??

So many of us do the same thing. Do we ever use things the way they were intended? Just picks the roads you can use your fine art of braille driving.
