Yield Does NOT Mean STOP!

Which sign are you?

How many times do you see some dimwit rounding a turn with a big old yield sign out there and they stop? Me, plenty, almost every morning at the bottom of our hill. What are these people's problems? Do they not know what yield means or are they not paying attention to what the sign is and thinking it is a stop sign. Let's take a look at the signs, one is octagon and one is triangle. How different can we get, maybe a square and a circle? Maybe I should drill the ass end of their car and then take advantage of my opportunity to teach them about traffic signs. Maybe those are the same people that think yellow means to speed up? What fries me is that if I rear end this moron, I will be at fault and my insurance climbs. Yes, maybe following too close but going 30 mph and someone is at a dead stop, I would have to have a 3 semi buffer zone to be not "following too close". My resolution is to give them the #1 salute which I'm sure they will interpret as a thumbs up "your cool" signal.

Just an FYI honey...there is NO yield sign at the bottom of our hill, there is a sign indicating that the lane we are turning onto is it's OWN lane which requires NO stopping or yielding! We do agree though that these morons who drive and STOP at the bottom of the hill need to LEARN to READ signs and follow them! Seriously, people who stop where there is no stop sign CAUSE accidents!

I know, first mistake you have made this year right? You always told me you were perfect so I had to point it out. Maybe your nose was runny at the time? Hey, is your refrigerator running.........
