Head to Toe



I hear people talk about getting a good workout from head to toe. Can you really get a workout for your toe? What would you do, lift little ring weights? Now I get what a toe ring is for, nothing better than a ripped toe! Maybe there are special toe supplements to help enhance that intense powerlifting session.

As Hans and Franz would say, "let's go pump some iron".
