When Does Warm Become Hot?

When does warm become hot? I know the other end of the spectrum we have cold becoming freezing at 32 degrees Fahrenheit but is there something for hot? I am curious as I can correctly transition in phrasing hot on days that qualify. If you live in the Western Washington, we may not see "hot" that often therefore growing up here it is possible I would not know this important info.

And is there a point that drizzle turns into rain, rain into showers, showers into downpour? Is it just a matter of personal opinion and left open to me to exaggerate if I want?

I'm around, just haven't really felt like blogging lately. My "z" button is coming off my keyboard and it upsets me, sounds like a good excuse I will use, lol. I did post a hate blog, so I think I'm ready to continue now.
