Here's a story showing a 91.4% pass rate on the reading and writing section. Math scores are still in the 70%. The story has a video clip that talks about the majority of the students that didn't pass are minorities, hence the problem I have a problem with the WASL. It is geared towards the cookie cutter child, wonder how many were ESL students?
